OBJECTIVE

Every year, the Sahaj Marg Spirituality Foundation offers to aspirants practicing Sahaj Marg meditation in developing nations and in underdeveloped nations such as South America, East Europe, Former Soviet Union, Africa and other parts of the world, an opportunity to visit the Babuji Memorial ashram in Chennai, India, through its scholarship program. The next session will be held during the winter of 2005 from Dec 11th 2005 to Jan 8th 2006.

The purpose of the program is to introduce the aspirant to a detailed understanding of the Sahaj Marg system of Raja Yoga in an environment that is conducive for spiritual development. 'The essence of any spiritual practice is in the experience'. It is hoped that the aspirant will be able to derive benefit in his / her spiritual endeavor based on his/her experiences during their stay at the ashram, their participation in large gatherings and their interaction with the Spiritual Guide.
