Instructions for individuals

Abhyasis may either choose to email their details (preferred), or send them in by post. Instructions for both are given below.

There is a suggested voluntary donation of $10 per  request for each ID card (also applies to card reprints).  Donations to SRCM can be made online by selecting your country of residence (at  https://www.sahajmarg.org/onlinebookstore/selectCountryForSubscriptions.jsp). Alternatively checks for SRCM  in USD can be sent by post to:

If you are making ID card requests for multiple abhyasis, please include all the donation amounts in a single check only.

By email (preferred)

• Download the MS Excel form template. Your browser may not support display of this image.
• Type in all the required information.
• Email the completed form along with a recent JPEG color photograph of yourself to the ID card coordinator or secretary of the Mission in your country (please contact your preceptor for details).
• The JPEG photograph must:
  
  • Clearly show a full frontal photo against a solid color background (preferably white).
  • Show only the shoulders and above - please don’t send full body photographs.
  • Be taken at a resolution of at least 600 x 800 pixels.
• If your country does not have a coordinator or secretary, you may send the completed form and photograph by email to intl.idcard@srcm.org.  Please be sure to include details that will ensure your credentials as a bonafide member of SRCM.
• Please note the cards will be mailed to the ID card coordinator or your prefect who will then get in touch with the concerned abhyasi at the address mentioned for delivery of the card.
• It may take two to three months from the time of request for the printed ID card  to be delivered to the abhyasi. Kindly plan accordingly.

ID card request by post

• Download the Identity Card form   (PDF File).
• Print out the form and fill in all the required information.
• Attach a color passport size photograph to the form.
• Send the form to the ID card coordinator or secretary of the Mission in your country. (Please contact your preceptor for details).
• If your country does not have a coordinator or secretary, you may send the completed form and photograph by post to the address given below.  Please be sure to include details that will ensure your credentials as a bonafide member of SRCM to make it easier for us to cross-check.
