Sadhana Program for Abhyasis

These programs are created especially for abhyasis to provide an intensive focus on sadhana, supported by training and practical experience, in an ashram atmosphere. Learn more at

  • Training wing of Sahaj Marg Spirituality Foundation.
  • Intensive focus on sadhana.
  • Facilitated discussions about aspects and nuances of Sahaj Marg sadhana.
  • The CREST library is available for delegates.
  • Starts on a Tuesday morning and ends on the subsequent Sunday evening.

The schedule of  "Sadhana Program for Abhyasis" till April, 2012 is as follows:

  • Sadhana Program for Abhyasis - 68   7th Feb. - 12th Feb.
  • Sadhana Program for Abhyasis - 69   6th Mar. - 11th Mar.
  • Sadhana Program for Abhyasis - 70   3rd Apr. -   8th Apr.
  • Sadhana Program for Abhyasis - 71 19th Jun. - 24th Apr.
  • Sadhana Program for Abhyasis - 72   3rd Jul. -   8th Jul.

Sadhana Program for Youth:

A 6 day residential program for practicing abhyasis of Shri Ram Chandra Mission in the age group of 20 - 30 yrs. Focus of the program is on subjects specific to youth.

The schedule of  "Sadhana Program for Youth" till May, 2012 is as follows:

  • Sadhana Program for Youth - 11 8th May - 13th May
  • Sadhana Program for Youth - 12 22nd May - 27th May

Sadhana Program for Prefects:

"Sadhana Program for Prefects" is a residential program specially designed for prefects.  It is a residential program of 6 days. Focus of the training program would be on Sahaj Marg Philosophy and on subjects related to prefect’s work.

The schedule of "Sadhana Program for Prefects" till June, 2012 is as follows:

  • Sadhana Program for Prefects  - 3        21st Feb.  - 26th Feb.
  • Sadhana Program for Prefects  - 4        5th June - 10th June
