Welcome to Seeking Spirituality

Your interest in meditation suggests that you may be seeking support on your spiritual path. The Sahaj Marg or Natural Path system of spiritual training has helped thousands of spiritual seekers around the world. If practiced regularly as a complete method, Sahaj Marg or Natural Path is sure to help you in your spiritual endeavors.

According to an ancient Indian text "all human endeavor must conform to five principles if it is to succeed. These are:

  1. Acquire knowledge and understanding of the goal to be achieved.
  2. Select the right way or approach to achieve that goal.
  3. Correctly assess one's current state.
  4. Attract to oneself all favorable forces which will help in the achievement of the goal.
  5. Repel or do away with all adverse factors standing in the way of the goal".1

However self-evident these principles may be, we all can benefit from remembering them in order to stay on course with our goal. We have prepared this brief research module to provide you an opportunity to explore the first three of these principles with the use of a series of queries, selected readings, and a brief sketch of the Sahaj Marg system. By completing it you can expect to have gained two things:

  1. A personal record of your spiritual search and an assessment of your current state.
  2. A first exposure of the Sahaj Marg system as an effective method in the field of spirituality.

The questions in each section are designed to support a conscious reflection upon the history of your spiritual search, the nature of the change you seek, the level of commitment you have to your goal, and the appropriateness of selecting Sahaj Marg as a system for self-integration, self-actualisation, and self-transformation to the fullest possible extent of realizing the true nature of Self. Please note that it is not necessary for you to share the results of this exercise with us in order for us to assist you in further research of the Sahaj Marg system of spiritual training. However, we do suggest that you keep your written responses and notes, which you can use for future reference or for possible participation in an introductory Sahaj Marg workshop. We thank you for your interest and wish you well in your endeavors. Please click on the button below to start the module.
