On receipt of the physical ID cards dispatched by the ID card printer/manufacturer, please verify and acknowledge. To do this:

• Search for the Card Request Batch (CRB) corresponding to the set of physical ID cards received (e.g., Chennai132) as in Card Request Batch - Search
• Verify the CRB has status "Dispatched from HQ"
• Open the details page for the CRB by clicking on its row
• Verify:

1. All card requests have been accepted
2. All cards are physically OK:
   1. Print Names are as entered in Card Request
   2. Photos are OK
   3. Barcodes are OK

• Scroll down to the bottom of the details page
• Click on the Batch Received button in the Workflow Actions section (below Processing Comments)
  • The status of the CRB changes to "Cards Received at Centre"
  • No further save is needed
• Next, as ID cards are distributed to abhyasis, update each Card Request as in Card Request - Receive
