Card Request - Search

Click on ID Card Processing in the Navigation Bar
Next click on Card Requests - this brings up the Search page. In case it doesn't due to caching, click on the Search icon.
Search for ID card requests using these fields:
1. Abhyasi: Enter part of the name or the full abhyasi ID and then select from the choices
2. Created by Group: Enter part of the nodal centre name and then select from the choices
3. Request Type: New, Replace, or Lost
4. Card Type: Abhyasi, Prefect, or Temporary. The first two can be of type SRCM or SMSF.
5. Status: May be one of these:
  1. Draft, Batch Assigned, Batch Submitted, Batch Validated, Sent for Printing, Card Printed, Dispatched from HQ
  2. Cards Received at Centre, Card Delivered to Abhyasi, Card Not Delivered, Request Rejected by HQ, Cancelled, Photo Unusable
6. Processing Team: should only be HQ Member Admin
7. Card Request Batch: enter the nodal centre name and batch number (e.g., CHENNAI12) to get all card requests in that batch
8. Record Created At: Select the starting date-time from this date-time field and ending date-time from the next date-time field to locate a card request created in that range
Click on the Search button to carry out the search.
