HelpDesk - New Request

  1. Click on Helpdesk -> Helpdesk Requests
  2. Click on the New button. A dialog pops up. Update these fields:
    1. Query: enter a description of the issue, including desired action, if possible
    2. Category: Enter category from the first column below to assign automatically to the team in the second column
      1. Create User Id - User Administration (OAIMS)
      2. Authorization/Access Change - User Administration (OAIMS)
      3. Application Errors - AIMS Helpdesk
      4. Center Move - HQ Member Admin
      5. Duplicate Record - HQ Member Admin
      6. ID Card Processing Status - HQ Member Admin
      7. ID Card Payment Adjustment - HQ Member Admin
      8. Introductory Card Requests - HQ Member Admin
      9. Prefect Not in list - HQ Member Admin
      10. New Nodal Center - Center Maintenance
      11. New Satellite Center - Center Maintenance
      12. Move Center to another NC - Center Maintenance
      13. Coordinator Change - Center Maintenance
      14. Delete incorrect record and add correct Prefect - AIMS Helpdesk
    1. Team Responsible: set automatically on entering category
    2. Responsible User: set automatically to lead of Team Responsible
    3. Created by Centre: enter your centre
    4. General tab
      1. Abhyasi - enter name/ID, select from choice if possible, else enter abhyasi name(s) as needed
      2. Address - enter abhyasi address if contacting is needed
      3. Email - enter if needed
    5. Click on Save to save request in Draft state
