HelpDesk - New Request
Click on Helpdesk -> Helpdesk Requests
Click on the New button. A dialog pops up. Update these fields:
Query: enter a description of the issue, including desired action, if possible
Category: Enter category from the first column below to assign automatically to the team in the second column
Create User Id - User Administration (OAIMS)
Authorization/Access Change - User Administration (OAIMS)
Application Errors - AIMS Helpdesk
Center Move - HQ Member Admin
Duplicate Record - HQ Member Admin
ID Card Processing Status - HQ Member Admin
ID Card Payment Adjustment - HQ Member Admin
Introductory Card Requests - HQ Member Admin
Prefect Not in list - HQ Member Admin
New Nodal Center - Center Maintenance
New Satellite Center - Center Maintenance
Move Center to another NC - Center Maintenance
Coordinator Change - Center Maintenance
Delete incorrect record and add correct Prefect - AIMS Helpdesk
Team Responsible: set automatically on entering category
Responsible User: set automatically to lead of Team Responsible
Created by Centre: enter your centre
General tab
Abhyasi - enter name/ID, select from choice if possible, else enter abhyasi name(s) as needed
Address - enter abhyasi address if contacting is needed
Email - enter if needed
Click on Save to save request in Draft state
