The starting page for Help Desk is the Search page, containing the results of a search for Help Desk Requests assigned to you.

To see all Help Desk requests, click on the Clear button.

Searches can be filtered using:

1. Query - enter a word or part of a word that is in the query
2. Partner - enter either an abhyasi name or ID
3. Created by Centre - enter part of centre name and select from choices
4. Responsibe Centre - enter part of centre name and select from choices
5. State - Draft, Open, Cancelled, Pending, Closed
6. Responsible - select from drop down or enter part of abhyasi name/ID and select from choice
7. Sales Team - AIMS Helpdesk, Centre Maintenance, HQ Member Admin, User Administration

Search results can be grouped/ordered by clicking on the 'Group By' link and then selecting one of the choices. After displaying re-sorting can be done by clicking on the column header as well.
