History and current organisation

 

SMSF India - Founded in 2003 as a non-profit charitable trust.
Managing trustee - Shri Kamlesh D. Patel.

SMSF India currently runs a research and educational institute in Bengaluru called CREST (Centre for Research, Education and Spiritual Training) , and three spiritual retreat centers - in Malampuzha in Kerala, Pune in Maharashtra, and Kharagpur in West Bengal. 

SMSF India donated relief funds after the Gujarat earthquake and the tsunami in 2006.

SMSF USA – Founded in 1999 as a 501-c3 non-profit charitable organisation.
Founder President - Shri Parthasarathi Rajagopalachari (1927 - 2014).
Current President - Shri Kamlesh D. Patel

SMSF USA operates the Spurs Ranch Retreat Centre in Austin, Texas.

SMSF USA donated relief funds after Hurricane Katrina.

SMSF Switzerland – Founded in 1994 as a non-profit organisation.
Founder President - Shri Parthasarathi Rajagopalachari (1927 - 2014).
Current President - Shri Kamlesh D. Patel
Executive Committee (11 members).

Europe is the main field of action of SMSF Switzerland. SMSF Switzerland owns and operates the Berlin ashram. Another active branch of the Swiss Foundation is the European Sahaj Marg Research and Training Institue (SMRTI).

SMSF Dubai - Founded on the 31st of May, 2004 as a non-profit organisation.

The Emirate of Dubai, located on the Persian Gulf, is the second largest of the seven emirates of UAE. SMSF was registered with Dubai’s Department of Economic Development on May 31, 2004 as a spiritual non-profit organisation. It also holds licence from DMCC, the licensing authority for Dubai JLT.

Dubai city is one of the most vibrant cities in the Middle East and has emerged as a global business and cultural hub. Having such locational advantages, SMSF Dubai aims to serve the entire region of the Middle East & North Africa (MENA). It owns and operates the Dubai Ashram.
