CHANGE OF NAME OF THE BAAL VATIKA EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY TO LALAJI MEMORIAL EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY

We are pleased to inform you that the name of our School has been changed from Lalaji Memorial Omega School to Lalaji Memorial Omega International School with immediate effect. The name of the Society which is running the school has also been changed from Baal Vatika Educational Society to LALAJI MEMORIAL EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY with effect from 27th December 2006 in accordance with Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975. Please make this change in all your correspondence and records. Also note that all the donations intended for BVES should be raised in the new name Lalaji Memorial Educational Society.


NATIONAL SEMINAR IN PORT-AU-PRINCE, HAITI

All sisters and brothers are invited to the Haitian National Seminar from 2nd to 4th February, 2007.  This gathering is held in celebration of our Beloved Lalaji’s birthday on 2nd February.  For this reason, all participants are asked to arrive on Thursday afternoon, 1st February.  The seminar will be held in the capital city, Port-au-Prince at the family home of the preceptor, sister Judith Joseph.  All abhyasis arriving by air will be met by local abhyasis at the international airport and taken to the venue.  The theme of the seminar is Constant Remembrance.  Speeches will be given by those who were recently in India visiting Master.  The seminar will be conducted in English, French, and Spanish.  Haiti is a tropical island located in the Caribbean and has very pleasant weather this time of year.  International participants are encouraged to participate in the seminar.
