Food and Meals

During seminars and busy periods there are common meals at the Ashram. Outside these periods, you may have to prepare your own meals, or, if possible, organise yourselves with other Ashram visitors to cook together.
If you have food allergies, please inform reception before your arrival or / and bring your own (vegetarian) supplies.

A well-equipped library is on the first floor of the Main House. There is a large selection of mission publications, literature and audio and visual items.

Phone and Internet
The mobile network is very limited on the Ashram premises and works only on some elevated spots of the Ashram. The coin phone in the entrance of the main house accepts both Euro and DKK.
A public computer is available at the main house for your most urgent emails, bookings, etc.

Be present in the here and now and allow your stay at the ashram to be free of distractions that can agitate your mind and divert it back to the outside world.
