Medical Centres and Medical camps:

The Sahaj Marg Spirituality Foundation has established and supports several medical centres in India to provide medical relief for the benefit of the public.

The Free medical center at Babuji Memorial Ashram, Chennai, was established in January 2005, with the idea of providing free medical treatment to the local population as well as to the abhyasis. It is funded by SMSF. In this center services of different system of medicine like allopathy, homeopathy, accupuncture, physiotherapy and specialties like opthalmology, dentistry, gynaecology, cardiology, dermatology, general surgery and orthopedy, pediatrics & general medicine are provided on a regular basis. Necessary drugs are also dispensed free of cost.

The medical centre runs on a daily basis and is opened to all. All consultations and treatment given in the medical centre premises are free.

Uttaranchal, Satkhol Ashram: Medical Center at Satkhol is situated in the Ashram. It started operation on May 2001. This center is providing free medical service to all villages within 30 km radius. A well-equipped dental clinic runs every second and fourth week-end of the month under the care of qualified dental surgeons. Everything is free for villagers including dental treatment. Dental abhyasi patients have to pay 50% of charges as per instruction of Rev. Master.

Satkhol medical centre organizes a "Specialist Camps" every six months inviting doctors from all disciplines for 3 days. Future plans include establishing a DOT (Directly Observed Therapy) Center for Tuberculosis Patients and an Operations Theater.

Medical Center at Allahabad: A Medical center has come up in Allahabad on 07th May 2006 at SRCM Allahabad. Health center, Allahabad runs all days of the week and has 3 wings - Allopathic, Homeopathic and Acupressure. Each wing has assigned doctors who are doing their duties with true love and dedication on week days and weekends.

Medical Centre – Jaipur Ashram:

Services are provided on Sundays (09.30 AM to 10.30 PM).

Medical camps at Madurai are organized once a month on Sundays since January 2006. Seven cubicles for investigation, examination and treatment, a scanning centre, a laboratory for blood groupings, blood tests, free distribution of drugs and an exhibition educating for a healthy hygienic and happy life are part of these camps. Other medical camps have been organized at Kanakapura and Hyderabad.

Medical insurance:

Inmates and families residing inside the Babuji Memorial Ashram in Chennai are covered by a medical insurance supported by the Foundation.
