The upcoming year of 2024 is an important milestone in the history of Heartfulness. This year we celebrate the 125th birth anniversary of our beloved Pujya Babuji Maharaj, who is the founder of Shri Ram Chandra Mission and the Sahaj Marg system of meditation. His birth anniversary celebration will be a yearlong event, including Dhyanotsavs, Yog Mahotsavs, youth events, and many more. These events will be conducted in the 160 countries where we have a presence, to benefit the seekers of spirituality.
I am delighted to announce that the first celebration of 2024 will be in Kanha Shanti Vanam during Basant, in February, when we celebrate Pujya Lalaji Maharaj's birth anniversary. It will be celebrated in two batches, as we cannot accommodate everyone here in one batch.
Batch 1 (2024): Thursday, February 1 | Friday, February 2 | Saturday, February 3
Batch 2 (2024): Tuesday, February 13 | Wednesday, February 14 | Thursday, February 15
I still remember my first experience of meeting beloved Babuji. He had a small physical frame, but he is the most illustrious spiritual scientist of the current millennium. He dedicated his life to developing the tools and techniques of Sahaj Marg that we know today as Heartfulness. Babuji also made sure that the guru-parampara lineage continued; it is very important to have a spiritually adept Guide to transmit the transformative spiritual energy of Pranahuti that is paramount for spiritual progress. Many of us already know the benefits of Pranahuti, which are also documented in medical journals these days.
Our goal is for everyone to have an opportunity to pay homage to Babuji's and Lalaji's wonderful legacy and inspire the younger generation to start their spiritual journey.
