Dear Sister / Brother:

YOUTH PROGRAM AT THE BABUJI MEMRIAL ASHRAM - 2nd BATCH COMPLETION
Report by brother S. Prakash, Ashram Maintenance Manager, Manapakkam, Chennai, India

The 2nd batch of our Quarterly Youth Program is coming to an end this 30th September '2006. The participants were slated to meet Rev. Master on Wednesday, the 20th of September '2006 at 4.30 pm. Master was that day working till 3 pm. The youth program participants, numbering 35, were told to be at the cottage by 4 pm. They had reached the cottage entrance by 3 pm. itself. Master, while working in His office, saw them through the window and sensing their eagerness to meet and be with Him, called them in immediately, even His skipping His rest time. For the next 45 minutes or so, He gave them His undivided attention. Participants asked many questions, both material and spiritual and Master patiently answered their questions. He individually gave them Prasadh as well. Later the participants expressed their desire to be photographed with Him and He very happily and readily agreed.

It was like a college graduation day and the same sense of happiness & joy could be felt amongst the participants. They are set to complete the 3 month program in a few days from now. Many of them have decided to stay back as volunteers for some more months and take up ashram work at Manapakkam during that time.

While leaving the cottage, one participant asked "What do you want us to become out of this program?" and Master beautifully answered "I want you to become Men & Women of Great Character and be the shining lights of Sahaj Marg wherever you go".

It was a day of joy, and tears of happiness could be seen in many participants' eyes. Master was equally happy as He is always, whenever He gets the time to be with the youth of Sahaj Marg.

The next and 3rd batch of the youth program is set to begin on the 1st of October '2006 with Master's blessings and will run till 31st of December '2006
