Dear Sister / Brother:
REV. MASTER AT MANAPAKKAM ASHRAM, CHENNAI, INDIA
Report by brother S. Prakash, Ashram Maintenance Manager, Manapakkam, Chennai, India
16th October '2006
During the last week of September '2006 Babuji Maharaj's statue was shifted from the Mandapam to a new location within the cottage premises. Some of you might recall the real life like painting of Babuji Maharaj's Shahjahanpur home on the boundary wall adjacent to Rev. Master's bed room. Babuji Maharaj's statue has been positioned to fit exactly as if He is seated in His home. Rev. Master personally supervised the work and was extremely happy and mentioned "Babuji is now in his home". What you see are couple of photos taken while the shifting & installation work were in progress. A small pedestal has since been erected and the statue beautifully seated in the same.
Rev. Master has been spending lots of time now daily going around the ashram and supervising many of the works personally. In the photos you will find Rev. Master planting a tree in Lalaji Memorial Omega School premises on his visit to the School on the 11th of October '2006 and also personally mowing the lawns in one portion of the ashram using the lawn mower on the 12th of October '2006.
Abhyasis have started slowly arriving at Manapakkam Ashram for the Deepavali which will be celebrated in Rev. Master's presence on Saturday, the 21st of October '2006.
