We are pleased to announce that bookings are open for Timeshare Wellness Subscription studio apartments in Kanha Shanti Vanam, and also for bookings at The Pearl at Satkhol. The apartments at Kanha are located approximately 500 meters from the meditation hall, near the Madhuvanam Apartments Block. The project is currently under construction, as shown in the attached presentation.
The Timeshare Studio apartments are fully furnished and expected to be completed by April 2025. You can stay at your timeshare apartments in Kanha and Satkhol Pearl every year for the length of the plan you choose:
Platinum - 15 years and 30 days per year.
Gold - 10 years and 30 days per year.
Silver - 7 years and 30 days per year.
Basic1 - 7 years and 15 days per year.
Basic2 - 7 years and 5 days per year.
