Take this 1-week Yoga Retreat with Amar Srividya, senior yoga teacher, to give you the time and space to absorb what you received during the bhandara

Duration: 7 days, September 30 to October 6, 2024
Daily Schedule: 6 hours
Level: Beginner
Fee: 6500 Rs (without stay) or 10000 Rs (includes food and accommodation in the Yoga Dormitory)
Features: Asana practice, chanting Yoga Sutras, Pranayama, Kriya (Jal Neti), meditation, and exploring Kanha

Sound Yoga with Ankur | Experienced yoga teacher since 2017, Ankur is training in the Krishnamacharya way and proposes a class where asanas are combined with chanting - sound and movement. Experience the beautiful and deep effect of this practice. Workshop | 1 hour on 3 days | Beginners | 2,000 Rs

Morning Beginner Practice with Bhushan | For very beginner who want to learn a simple practice and continue to practise at home. You will benefit from Bhushan’s experience. He has been teaching yoga for more than 10 years. Practice | 1 hour on 2 days | Beginners | 1,000 Rs

Yoga for Lower Back with Soumya | Soumya is one of our experienced yoga teacher and offers simple movements that will ease blockages in your lower back while strengthening it. Practice | 1 hour | Beginners | 1,000 Rs.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series with Vaibhav | Apart from his training in Heartfulness Yoga Academy, Vaibhav has trained in the Mysore style and will lead you through the primary series. Practice | 2 hours | For regular practitioners | 1,000 Rs.

Yoga to prepare the body for meditation with Vishnu | Simple practices for all to take care of your body, the vehicle that will take you to further spiritual growth. Chanting Yoga Sutras with Bala | Bala practices chanting under the guidance of Viji Vasu and invites you to experience the effect of chanting together, a practice that is not often offered in a yoga class. The session will focus on Chapter 1 of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Practice | 1 hour | Beginners | 1,000 Rs

Mudra Course Level 1 with Dr. Neelam | Dr. Neelam Agrawal is a meditation trainer and doctor (alt. Medicine) and has been studying and using mudras in the treatment of her patients for decades.
