This inspiring book, requested by the Hon. Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi Ji, explores the spiritual connections between Jainism and Heartfulness and sheds light on shared heritage, traditions and the profound wisdom and practices of both traditions. This book highlights the inspiring life stories of the 24 Tirthankars, who dedicated themselves to attaining Kaivalya, or liberation. It also features 24 vibrant, colourful illustrations, rare photographs of the sacred trees under which the Tirthankars attained Kaivalya, and a unique perspective on the environmental significance of these trees. Most importantly, it highlights the synergy between Heartfulness, Pranahuti, and the wisdom of the Jain tradition, paving the way for deeper spiritual growth.
