Web Content Display Invitation to Register for the Music & More Summer Retreat at Kanha Shanti Vanam2025.16 - Sunday, 4 May 2025 Dear brothers and sisters, Beloved Daaji has been wishing to create Gurukuls of Music under the auspices of The Heartfulness Institute. He had expressed this again during his recent visit to ‘Vrindavan’, a gurukul of music created by the Indian flute maestro, Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia Ji at Bhubaneswar. We are grateful to be taking the first steps towards the realisation of Daaji’s vision through a first-of-its-kind, unique, 8-day ‘Music and More Summer Retreat’ at Kanha Shanti Vanam, from Saturday, 24th May, 2025 to Sunday, 1st June, 2025.
The retreat is open to all above 7 years of age (including adults) who have some basic or advanced training in music. This year, thanks to our dear brother and renowned flautist, Shashank Subramanyam, we have seven distinguished artists and teachers who would be staying at Kanha during this period and conducting the training in Hindustani vocal/flute, Carnatic vocal/flute and Bharatnatyam dance.
Needless to say, the spiritually charged and serene environment of Kanha Shanti Vanam will lend a special and subtle touch to this retreat. We invite you to register for this memorable experience that would prove to be one of a lifetime moments. There are limited seats and the last day for registration is 16th May, 2025.
