1. Satkhol Himalayan Ashram - "Heaven on Earth"

Shri Ram Chandra Mission's ashram at Satkhol in Uttaranchal is a sacred place profound in silence and deeply refreshing for the spirit. A visit to Satkhol can be a transformational journey, changing the lives of those who immerse themselves in its quiet and subtle atmosphere.

Dates: For the convenience of new seekers, we offer the retreats around major Festivals and Holidays, such as Holi, Easter, Dussera, Diwali, Christmas and New Year.

Program consists of Sessions on Heartfulness Meditation and Interactive sessions with trained facilitators. One can also retreat into silence, reading and extra meditation.

Criteria for Application

• The Primary Applicant of every group needs to be an abhyasi who has a Permanent SRCM ID card.
• The space is limited to about 10 rooms and each group will be accommodated in one room. The group size is limited to a minimum of 4 and maximum of 6 members.
• It is mandatory for each group to have at least two to three persons who have just started Heartfulness meditation or are yet to try Heartfulness.

Heartfulness Institute launches credit program for Continuous Education (CE/ CME) program for healthcare professionals all over the world. These credit courses are accredited by American Medical Association as Professional Recognition Award. The AMA Physician's Recognition Award (PRA) acknowledges physicians who demonstrate commitment to patient care through continuing medical education

Heartfulness Institute has partnered with Annenberg Center for Medical Sciences, USA to offer 15 CME/CE credits for physicians, nurses and psychologists. This unique conference called "Tuning into your Heart: A Heartfulness approach to wellbeing and balance" is specifically organized to enable members of the Medical community to share their experiences from practicing Heartfulness Meditation and help the attendees learn the method of Heartfulness Meditation. Heartfulness Institute invites all such professionals to take advantage of this offer.
