HeartsApp and Dhyana

Bulletin 2021.11 - Saturday, 31 July 2021

Dear sisters and brothers,

This week, the Heartfulness movement added yet another milestone in the service to humanity. Through a meditation tracking app, Dhyana, Heartfulness Relaxation and Meditation are being offered to the Indian athletes who are participating in the summer Olympics this year. This innovative meditation tracking startup partnered with Heartfulness Institute to enhance the mental wellness of the athletes representing India.

Dhyana is backed by the chief national coach of the Indian national badminton team, Pullela Gopichand, who also happens to be a Heartfulness practitioner, and is the official meditation partner for the Indian Olympic contingent. HeartsApp and various techniques of Heartfulness practice are now available for the Indian team. You can read more about this on the website at http://Heartfulness.org/Olympics2020. Daaji shared a special message with the Indian athletes:

Here is an excerpt from his message:

“What keeps a sports person going is the heart. When you are in your heart, the external noise tunes out. It is your heart that gets you in the zone. To help you all to get into the zone, into the flow, use the tools offered by Heartfulness that are available on the Dhyana app. Dive into the heart, and summon that winning edge through meditation. May your presence, your effort, your participation, radiate with dignity, poise, and the energy of the billion hearts that beat for you. Wish you all the very best. May you carry the power in you.”

Here is wishing all the athletes from all over the world a wonderful and successful Olympics tournament.

Best regards,
The Heartfulness Team
